We are located 17km from Prato, 23km from Florence, 65km from Lucca, and 75km from Pisa.
By car, the nearest highway exits are East or West Prato, depending on which direction you are coming from.
Once in the town center of Carmignano, there are several yellow signs indicating paths that lead up to the town's fortress, la Rocca di Carmignano. Most of these paths are walking paths, but don't fret — there is a way to reach both the fortress and our B&B "La Rocca" by car.
Watch out for Carmignano's water fountain in the town square and follow the main road (the fountain will be on your right). Shortly after passing the church, there are two opportunities to turn right. Make sure to take the second road, Via Chiti. You are now on your way uphill. Turn slightly right behind the corner once more and you'll be on Via del Castello. There is a sign for our B&B "La Rocca" at our gate.
By public transportation, the best solutions turn out to be to take a train from Florence S.M.N to Signa and a shuttle to Carmignano, or a train to Prato station and then a bus to Carmignano; once you arrive in the square of Carmignano we will certainly come and pick you up to take you to the B&B.
